I ACCEPT the General terms and conditions!

Inquiries and reservations are accepted through our website. In order for the reservation to become valid, the guest has to make a payment of the agreed amount within 24 hours. Payment can be made ONLINE by credit card, or through bank transfer using IBAN number.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

When you decide to make a reservation ONLINE, we will send you the reservation number via email. You will also receive a link to a secure server, where you will fill in your credit card information and make a payment by arrangement. After the data is entered, you will see a confirmation on your screen and receive a confirmation email. In case of payment by bank transfer, the payments are made using IBAN number.

Payment should be made within 24 hours of inquiry, after which time limit will be considered that the guest has canceled the reservation and we will free those dates on the calendar and mark them as available. Having checked the payment and the authorization of the guest's credit card, we will send to the guest all the necessary information and invoice.

The guest decides whether he wants to pay the full amount or only the amount of the advance, in which case it is necessary to pay at least 50% of the agreed price. The reservation is valid only after payment of the full amount. The remaining amount of the reservation must be paid at least 60 days before arrival, of which you will be notified by email. If the guest does not make the final payment within the agreed period, it will be considered that the reservation has been canceled completely and we will act according to the conditions of CANCELLATION POLICY.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Guests receive:

• 50% refund of total paid amount in case of cancellation of reservation at least 30 days before check-in

• 25% refund of total paid amount in case of cancellation of reservation at least 15 days before check-in

• Initial deposits are not refundable

CHECK IN: 16:00-24:00, CHECK OUT: till 10:00

In case of late arrival, the guest is obliged to inform the owner for further eventual agreement. In case of no-show of the guest without prior notice, we reserve the right to follow the instructions of CANCELLATION POLICY and retain the paid amount, being free to presume that the reservation was canceled, and release the dates on the calendar. 

CONVERSION STATEMENT

All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian Kuna according to the current middle exchange rate of the CROATIAN NATIONAL BANK.

When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our initial offer/web site.

We are committed to provide service of protection of our customer's personal data in a way that we collect only essential basic information about our buyers that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations. We also inform our customers about the way we collect information and regularly give customers an option about how their information will be used, including the possibility to decide whether their name should be included or omitted from the lists used for marketing campaigns.

All user informations are strictly guarded and are available only to the employees who need those informations for completing the job. All our employees and business partners are responsible for abiding the principles of confidentiality protection.
